We are finding many customers are using our panels to bag or
semi-render. The benefits of doing this is that for a
fraction of the cost a bagged wall / fence can be achieved
indoors or outdoors without having to build a permanent
brick wall.
NEW DURABRIC currently
makes many hundreds of panels for companies such as JRB
SHOPFITTING who utilise our lightweight panels to fit out
shops where building a permanent wall is out of the
question. NEW DURABRIC
panels can easily be bagged with any colour you choose to
have in the bagging mixture. See below for examples of this
look.
An alternative we offer our customer's is what we call a
"PAINTABLE" sheet. This is a panel of bricks that has no
mortar colour and no brick colour and is intended to be
painted by the customer. Typically, this would be used when
a customer has a house with painted brick already and simply
wants to match the existing look. Because of the lack of
colour these panels are slightly cheaper.
For those customers who simply require 1, 2 or even
5 sheets we have two options available.
1. We
make a “Standard Red” brick panel with
Grey mortar line. (See DTB INTERNATIONAL PUMPING
display in the
"Gallery" under Trade Displays.)
2.
We also make “Paintables.” These are sheets with no brick colour and no mortar colour. These
sheets costs less than the others as less work is required to make
them. However, it should be noted that they do need to be painted
with Acrylic paint only as the thinners in enamel paint can react
with the copolymer glue in the bricks. Also, as we haven’t painted
them, the cement sheeting is not yet sealed or waterproofed.
Painting the sheet does this.
Below is an example of a "paintable" which has been
painted by the customer.

As is the case with colour matching jobs, filler is provided for
you to cover nail / screw holes and to cover any joins you create.
